Alliance Group Limited is New Zealand's only 100% farmer owned major red meat co-operative, we're here to get the best product for our consumers, and the best value for our shareholders.

We have seasonal positions available for Stock Handlers at our Pukeuri Plant. The season will go from September to March.

About You
Ideally it would be an advantage if you have had stock handling experience but if not, we will provide training for you.

We have the ability to provide opportunities to join a great team, and the chance to move up the ranks or into different areas if that's what motivates you.

The work is seasonal - but you will be invited back each year.

You'll be the kind of person who: 

• Is able to work within Animal Welfare guidelines 
• Is comfortable working around sheep, lamb and cattle.
• Has a reasonable level of fitness
• Can work in a safe manner
• Has a good attendance history 
• Is able to follow instructions and ask for assistance if unsure
• Has a strong work ethic and enjoys working in a team
