Position Summary
Responsible for the daily activities of Customer Services and projects including all aspects related to materials, customers and vendors.

- Customer Stock requirement
- Stock transfer
- Invoicing
- Stock control
- Shipping
Key Skills
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Best practice customer service attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical skills and high attention to detail.
Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualitifcation but not essential.
- knowledge of SAP and reputable ERP systems.
- Minimum 4 years experience in customer service role in supply chain environment.
- Wroking knowledge/experience in the distribution or chemical industry.
- Logistics and /or distribution experience an advantage.
