About The Role
In this role, you would have the opportunity to:

• Meet customer needs through the provision of ANZ's range of business banking, home loan, insurance, and investment products
• Be accountable for responsibly providing market leading service
• Take responsibility to ‘know your customer’ from a risk perspective
• Demonstrate living the ANZ Values with customers and colleagues

Role Location: Rotorua
Role Type: Full-time, 8-month fixed-term
Shift: Monday to Friday (8:30am -5:00pm)

ANZ’s Retail and Business Banking unit is made up of our extensive branch network, Contact Centres, Business Banking team, and Broker and Mobile mortgage manager units. Our frontline teams are supported by our Products, Digital Channels, Sales & Service Performance, Merchant Business Solutions, Risk and Customer Insights teams. We’re a values driven organisation with a goal of being number one in customer service – this means always working hard to help our customers with a focus on getting it right the first time.

About you
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Prior experience in developing strong relationships in a customer focused role
• Significant experience in financial services
• Home Lending experience
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• A positive attitude with a growth mindset
