The positions available are:

  • Store Manager - based at Foot Locker Sylvia Park
  • Store Manager – based at Kids Foot Locker Manukau
  • Assistant Manager – based at Foot Locker Queen St (Auckland Central)
  • Assistant Manager – based at Foot Locker Manukau

To be considered for this position, you must be able to demonstrate:

  • A passion for Sales, Customer Service and Foot Locker product
  • A track record of consistently achieving above budget sales and profit results
  • The desire and ability to lead and develop your store team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills, as well as the confidence to engage with customers and fellow team members.
  • Exceptional organisational and problem solving skills.
  • Proven ability to control shrinkage.
  • The ability to follow and effectively convey to your team the company’s policies, procedures, and standards (including Health and Safety).
  • The ability to work alongside other Managers and positively work as a team


Preferred candidates will have had:

  • Previous experience working in the sales retail/fashion industry.
  • Previously held a managerial or 2IC position.
  • If applying for the Store Manager position - previous experience managing a team of 10 is preferred
  • A track record of consistently achieving above budget sales and profit results.

 

As weekends, late night s, and holidays can be some of our busiest trading times, this role will require you to work some of these shifts.
