Due to internal personnel movement we are looking for an amazing Retail Assistant & Workshop Tutor to join our small, dynamic and growing natural skincare company and deliver exceptional customer service in our retail shop, run our hands-on workshops and assist with the marketing of our beautiful destination.
The Role
Working with our Sales Team and reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating an upbeat, warm and friendly vibe in our retail shop.
- Actively sharing knowledge and selling our natural products and engaging with customers.
- Running our fun and interactive Hands-on Workshops.
- Assisting with the implementation and co-ordination of our marketing initiatives for the destination.
The successful applicant will have a strong passion for natural products, outstanding customer service skills, a proven sales history and an out-going and positive attitude.
The position is full-time (approx. 35 hours per week), Tuesday – Saturday.
