PANDORA owned and operated are embarking on a new journey of acquiring our Lynn Mall Franchise store. We are actively recruiting a number of Part-Time Retail Assistants to join us on this exciting new adventure, which will include relocating to a brand new store just down the road to the current location. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to learn and grow within a fun and inspiring environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Have a passion for selling and achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Show initiative and be a great team player
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Advocate best practice and adherence of Company policies
- Be a Brand Ambassador and live the PANDORA Life Values
Skills and experiences
- Proven experience working in a retail environment
- A keen eye for Visual Merchandising
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience working with KPI's
- Flexibility with shifts is required. A number of shift patterns are available
