Our industry-leading stores are some of the best in the country, offering a large range of specialty beers, quality spirits and fine wines from around the world. Due to internal promotion, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate leader to take over the Store Manager position at our West Liquor All Seasons Store. You will be teamed up with a highly engaged team of sales professionals and Duty Mangers and a supportive Retail Development Manager to help you succeed in the role.
The Role:
- you will be part of the wider Retail Manager team looking after all aspects of retail store operation
- handling all issues pertaining to the recruitment, development, coaching and mentoring of your team
- driving sales, marketing and promotional initiatives
- responsible for all aspects of stock management, including large-scale stocktakes, ordering and reporting procedures
- deliver innovative merchandise display and store presentation while adhering to health & safety requirements.
