We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Takanini team. As an Operations Manager you are the "right hand" of the Store Manager. Your role will vary day to day. The right candidate will show flexibility and be resilient to change.
There's a manual handling element to this role as you will be in charge of our warehouse; from goods inwards to goods out and everything in between! A forklift licence is preferred, however we are able to provide forklift training. The key to this role is maintaining communication and managing stakeholders both internally and externally.
The Serious Stuff (aka Key Responsibilities):
- Project manage the installation of all customer orders
- Manage product procurement in accordance with our Inventory Management System
- Manage product flaws, claims and installation issues
- Manage the installer fleet
- Manage H&S compliance
- Warehouse Management
