About the Role:
 
Plumbing World Hamilton is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team player to be a part of our great team.
You will interact daily with our customers who are the heart and soul of our business, so your proven customer service experience will be well utilised.
 
You will be a self-starter, have great communication skills that ensure you interact efficiently & effectively within the team.
 
You’ll have excellent attention to detail & organisational skills, be appropriately assertive, be methodical & reliable and enjoy contributing to a successful team & business.
 
Day to day you will be working on our busy trade counter serving our fantastic customers but also assisting with inventory, cycle counting, picking & packing customer orders,  plus helping out in other areas of the branch.
 
You will play a vital part in direct sales with customers, explaining the product, offering and cross-selling and up-selling on the basis of their needs, so your experience working in plumbing or similar trade could prove invaluable.
 
So, in short, we seek someone with the right attitude, physically fit as there will be some lifting, someone who is flexible and who is a total team player.
 
Skills and experience:

• Full, clean driver’s licence
• Plumbing or Trade experience preferred
• Customer service experience
• Physically fit as there will be some lifting
• Forklift licence ideal
