We are currently looking for a Store Manager - Natural Health, for our brand new store currently being developed at The Crossing retail complex in Tauriko.
The Role
You will be responsible for the management of all aspects of Store Operations and the Sales Team to achieve store and individual goals along with retail key performance indicators. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and coaching your team to succeed;
- Creating on-going customer relationships through your skills and knowledge;
- Building sales through focusing on KPI performance;
- Working towards individual and group targets which have bonus benefits;
- Inventory and merchandising management.
Your Qualities
Your mission is simple: to make sure customers leave Health 2000 happy and with a complete solution for their needs. To achieve this you will:
- Have a passion for improving the lives of our customers and their families;
- Enjoy helping people to lead a healthier and happier life;
- Enjoy working in and leading a team;
- Ideally be a qualified practitioner or have knowledge of the Human body and basic functions;
- Have a proven background in the mechanics and discipline of retail and sales.

The hours may vary according to the needs of the store. There must be a commitment to work five days per week which will include one weekend day plus Statutory days if required.
