We need a strong dynamic brow expert with a total commitment and proven success to delivering retail sales growth and service excellence and highly demonstrable ambition to succeed with the ability to build and drive the sales teams.
Reporting to the Dunedin Benefit Counter Manager, a day in the life will entail;
* Setting, tracking and driving sales and service goals in line with company expectations
* Leading by example as a 'Brand Ambassador'
* Actively attracting new customers and maintaining our existing loyal customer base
You will have;
* Minimum 1 year experience in a competitive sales environment
* Previous experience as a Make-up artist would be desirable
* Nationally recognised beauty therapy qualification or diploma in beauty therapy
You will also be;
* An excellent communicator with strong negotiations & customer service skills
* Commercially aware with solid business acumen
* Resilient and adaptive to change and challenge
* Passionate, personable and "fit" the Benefit culture
The ideal candidate is particularly approachable, has a great sense of humour, dresses to impress and is always the life of the party!
We have part time hours available. Candidates must be available to work the weekend and days throughout the week.
