Our client is an established Australian retailer with over 50 years selling luxury furniture. They are the place to go, and the forefront of peoples mind when seeking the highest quality pieces using only the best materials around. Their designs are second to none, and their consultants are expertly trained to give the best service around.. 
Due to company growth, they are seeking only the best Managers with a background selling big ticket items, have worked within a performance based environment and have earned huge commissions through exceeding company expectations. The successful applicants will be lucky enough to become a part of their massive expansion across Australia, and will have the opportunity to grow within their role into Regional/ State Management roles. 
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS  A 6 MONTH CONTRACT!
To be successful for this role, you will need to posses:

• A minimum 3 years in Assistant Retail Management within a KPI Driven Environment selling big ticket items, such as White Goods, Jewellery, Luxury Automotive or Furniture 
• Experience over looking a minimum of staff
• The ability to articulate previous sales achievements
• An understanding of the importance of working every weekend
• A passion for exceeding personal targets

The ideal candidate will be rewarded with:

• A base salary of upwards of $60K PLUS SUPER
