In this role you will:

• Sell the department’s fantastic products and services (lounge and dining suites, outdoor furniture, rugs and much more!)
• Assist building displays, merchandise and use advertising/promotional material as required
• Achieve sales, gross profit and other targets/key performance indicators set by the Proprietor
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Be Health and Safety conscious as heavy lifting and furniture assembly may be required
• Work a roster including weekends and public holidays as required by the Business

 The skills and experience you’ll need to bring with you include:

• Proven sales ability, the more you sell the better your earning potential
• Perform well in a team environment with the ability to work autonomously as well
• Passion for interior design and have a creative flair
• Great numeracy skills and ability to work out calculations
• Have a real “customer first” approach
• The ability to think on your feet
• Ambitious and confident
• Be physically fit as heavy lifting will be required
• Experience in the Furniture industry is preferable but not essential
