Sealegs are part of the NZX listed Future Mobility Solutions Group. They make a pretty cool product and are primed for further strategic growth internationally. 
  
This is not your strict corporate structured company, they are fluid and entrepreneurial in nature. 

Sealegs amphibious crafts are valued around the world for pleasurecraft, fishing vessels, commercial platforms, coastguard patrol, firefighting and flood rescue amongst many other uses - they have been specifically designed and developed to take all the hassle out of the boat launching and retrieval process. 
 
Some More Information About The Role

The position has been developed to not only ensure the smooth running of the office overall, but also to support an efficient finance function day-to-day. This role will not be the same from one day to the next. Core responsibilities include;
  • Being the first point of contact for visitors, in person and on the phone
  • General office management - stationary, staff vehicles, travel arrangements
  • Accounts Payables; entering and processing invoices for payment. This will be the majority of your role
  • Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Accounts Receivable; recording receipts and following up outstanding debtors
  • Ensure timely preparation of management reporting weekly/monthly
  • Freight administration / Shipping documentation
  • Support Sales & Marketing events and activities
  • Back-up for Payroll processing
  • Ensuring Health & Safety compliance by staff and visitors
  • Other ad hoc support to Finance

You are a driven and dynamic person who is open to change and chaos at the best of times! You are happy to take on projects and work with many different people in the business who are all highly focused on innovation and growth. 

You will have proven organisational and administrative skills and understand the invoicing process for Payables. Communications skills are vital, both written and verbal, as you will be the face and voice of the business to new visitors and suppliers alike. A vested interest into Sealegs products will take you far in this process.

Exposure to Xero and/or MYOB Exonet would be an advantage - and you should have well established Microsoft Office application skills.
