We currently have a rare opportunity available for an experienced strategic Operations professional to join the CBRE Industrial and Logistics business line.  Forming an integral part of this thriving, fast paced division this role will see you providing strategic advice & guidance driving consistent outputs and constantly improving service levels to build efficiencies that drive business growth.   
This diverse position will manage a team of Marketing, Administration and Database staff and will provide support to the National Director, Managing Director, the wider NZ Industrial & Logistics team and undertake Office Management responsibilities of the South Auckland office. 
The role;

• Workflow process development and documentation
• Drive and implement new technology and tool initiatives 
• Tracking of market share data and business pursuits
• Budgeting and strategic planning in conjunction with the National Director (Industrial & Logistics) and Managing Director (South Auckland)
• Provide administrative (including financial management) support to the Directors
• High level marketing support and oversight on major campaigns 
• Event management
• Office Management with support from the team 
• Act as the conduit between the office and centralised HR/IT teams
• Leadership and guidance to the broader team

You;

• A proven track record in an Operations role
• Previous experience in the Commercial Property industry is preferred
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite 
• Ideally some experience with Indesign/Adobe suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to exercise judgment, high levels of confidentiality and diplomacy at all times;
• Excellent time management and organisational skills 
• Customer service focus with strong client management ability
• Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy at all times;
