Reporting into the Marketing Communications Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing the social media strategy, content creation and engagement as well as managing PPC campaigns across social media and google platforms.
This organisation needs your expertise to be the point of contact for the marketing team and wider business to advise on the role that social media platforms play including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Snapchat
You will be responsible for:
- Drive social media strategy and be the subject matter expert within organisation
- Create a social media calendar and leading the development of content for all channels
- Source and curate customer content and empower frontline staff on how to spot good customer stories
- Implement and manage campaign tracking, analysing social media data, refining campaigns and content creation to optimise and improve ROI/cost effective reach
- Targeting, boosting, buying ad space
- Being the idea’s person! Know what the industry trends are and contribute to team’s collective understanding of digital marketing.
- Subject matter expert and advisory to key business stakeholders
Ultimately, I am looking for someone that can create inspiring content and inspires people to take action!
However, there are a couple of things that will make you stand out:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Digital, Communications or Marketing
- Savvy across multiple platforms and understand how to tell the story across different platforms
- Expert in keyword selection and audience targeting
- Strategic and creative thinking
- Experience in managing social media and PPC campaigns
- Confident and polished influencing, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
