We have recently centralised our Customer & Marketing function bringing together customer and marketing-focused roles from across IAG NZ into one team. This will enable our highly motivated team to enhance its focus on delivering world-leading customer experiences through all IAG NZ's brands. Vital to the success of this team is the newly created Head of Consumer Marketing.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to our Director of Customer & Marketing you will lead the delivery of the marketing strategy for our consumer customers. You will also have the opportunity to lead a team through a transformational change of how we go to market. You will take charge of managing the portfolio of customer value propositions and ownership of the brand strategy for some of our most well-known brands including AMI and State.
