We are looking to appoint a Category Manager (NZ) to support the growth of the business in New Zealand.
Reporting to the Business Category Manager, based in Australia, the successful candidate will have full accountability for the management of Zenexus categories in the New Zealand market; and therefore, must be able to demonstrate depth in category management experience, extensive understanding in the areas of sales & marketing, a pragmatic yet creative approach, and a genuine motivation to drive business outcomes.
As an experienced product/category manager, your success to date will be defined by:
- In-depth knowledge of the category management function;
- A thorough understanding of sales and marketing principles;
- Proficiency in visual merchandising;
- Highly developed influencing and collaboration skills;
- Confidence in your ability to build strong working relationships,
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at any given time.
This role is suited to someone currently working in a similar role, or who is ready to take the next step in their career in to a highly autonomous product/category management role.
