This brand is well known in the sporting arena, they have a small but close knit team that work hard to ensure the ongoing success of their main event. 

What?
As the Marketing and Communication Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy and tactics across marketing, media PR, and digital channels.
  
You’ll manage campaigns from conception to execution, and experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels, from content curation to publicity to copywriting. One of the first projects you’ll be working on will be to develop and implement a CRM and customer journey strategy.
  
The role is incredibly fast-paced and interesting, but there is a lot of work that goes on behind the scenes., which isn’t all glamour, excitement and partying. You need to be flexible and happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in to achieve the team’s overall goals.

Who?
We are looking for a someone with flair and imagination, a well-rounded marketer with a minimum of five years' experience.
  
We want to hear about your campaign successes, your ability to build customer journeys and push this throughout the organisation. Your knowledge and management of agency partnerships, and your exposure to branding and creative design – including event and digital collateral. 
  
Initiative and drive are imperative. This is a small close-knit team, so you will need to be able to get on with the tasks at hand from the get go and be able to work both independently and as part of the team.
  
You will need resilience and tenacity – and be available until the job is done!  This is not a 9 – 5 role, there will be times when you are needed at the weekends and evenings, particularly around  the lead up to and the actual event period.
