What?
We’re looking for an analytical wizard! Someone commercially minded, who lives and breathes data.
Sitting in a close-knit, high performing team you’ll help to understand the customers’ needs through digital analysis, research and experimental optimisation testing and provide detailed reporting to the wider business.
You’ll measure the performance of CRO releases, forecast expected results of CRO updates, and use analytics tools (Google Analytics) to spot further optimisation opportunities. You will be responsible for ensuring all releases are performing well and delivering the results you need and if not be able to give insights as to why.
Who?
We’re looking for someone with solid experience as a digital analyst, if we are being fussy, someone from an ecommerce business or focus would be perfect. You will have worked on CRO projects autonomously or as part of a team. You’ll be at expert level on Google Analytics and other measurement tools and be a proficient user of MS Excel.
Most importantly, you’ll be a down to earth person. Someone who is easy to get on with, who can build lasting relationships which will aid in the delivery of awesome projects.
