Digital Marketing Specialist.

Our Digital Marketing Specialist is someone who absolutely understands the importance content & customers play within a content driven platform.  Customers and content go hand in hand at mum+ and are central to our success.  

Our Digital Marketing Specialist will be focused on ensuring our core content can be seen throughout our entire customer sales funnel.

You will also work to improve platform awareness as we move to a hard launch.  

You will work alongside our Chief Digital Officer to help develop a hard launch marketing strategy.

 

Mums. 

Make sure any mum content feedback is actioned in a timely fashion.

Experts. 

Periodically review expert content performance looking for any issues and content optimisation.  Ensure we close any expertise gaps by identifying and attracting new experts to our platform.

Content Partners.

Own and manage the relationship with all content partners. Ensure we close any content gaps by identifying and attracting new content partners to our platform.

Brands. 

Work with the Sales Director and ensure brands are enjoying platform success. 

 

Day-to-Day.

* Manage all marketing activities to ensure quarterly business goals and objectives are achieved.

* Plan strategy & manage execution of content campaigns in line with sales and channel objectives. 

* Review customer journey looking for red flags, opportunities, and optimisation.

* Allocate channel marketing mix within an inbound marketing framework.

* Stay updated with relevant content & inbound marketing thought leadership and trends including developing your own ongoing learning program. 

* Analyse all platform user data looking for optimisation, trends, consumer patterns, red flags, and opportunities.

* Co-ordinate with Sales Director to identify further market opportunities and work to promote new and existing services in these areas

* Make recommendations regarding marketing, content, & marketing ecosystem issues and improvements.

 

Main Metrics of Success. 

Customer growth and retention including brands, mums, experts, and content partners. Key platform content success metrics will be discussed and agreed.

 

Skills Required.

* We hope to receive applications from those with Marketing / Sales experience and Account Management/Customer Service experience.

* Familiarity with the Office suite, Adobe Photoshop, Salesforce, Wordpress and Google tools would be advantageous.

* Applicants will need to demonstrate knowledge of inbound marketing and an understanding of agile marketing methodology

* Ability to analyse user data and adapt strategy accordingly

* We are looking for someone with a proactive, positive, creative mindset and the confidence to help our young business grow

* Applicants will need to have their own car (we will pay travel expenses)

 

Reporting.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work with the Chief Digital Officer to ensure that mum+ has a strong content & marketing success strategy supported by a robust management plan. This position reports directly to the Chief Digital Officer.

 

Package.

$60,000 Annual Salary

Including 4 weeks annual leave
