About you:

You will be a developing marketer who can contribute in the development and implementation of brand strategy within consumer healthcare, FMCG or similar market. You will have the drive to take initiative as well as a proven track record of successful teamwork. Key skills:

  • Developing marketing capabilities across various aspects of marketing campaigns development (focus on consumer experience journey, media planning & customer presentation skills; digital background desirable)
  • Proven communication skills (written and oral) for the preparation and presentation of marketing and promotional plans, tactics and materials
  • High learning agility and ability to utilise and leverage data in decision making. 
  • Project Management capabilities

     

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the development & implementation of annual strategic and activation plans for the NZ Oral Care brands.
  • Help deliver best in class path to purchase connections planning from briefing to approval and timely excellent activation execution across the total path to purchase in the NZ market.
  • Manage NZ annual A&P budget across the NZ Oral Care brands; co-ordinate inputs from brand, expert, shopper, category & finance teams.
  • Build and foster productive working relationships with relevant ANZ agencies and suppliers.
  • Participate in the implementation of digital transformation initiatives in ANZ.
  • Assist in the management of the Oral Care Product Launches across ANZ.
