Our client, a specialist NZ Life Insurance provider is looking for an experienced Senior Management Accountant for a period of up to 6 months. You will report to the FP & A Manager and take responsibility for the financial planning, analysis and reporting for this business. We are looking for someone that can hit the ground running, add value through continuous improvement, be into the detail but also take a high-level approach. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Business partnering with Executive and Senior Management teams
- Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Management reporting and financial analysis
- End of year statutory reporting requirements
ABOUT YOU
You will be a Senior Management Accountant who has a vast background in management accounting. You will have an enquiring mind and be someone that enjoys implementing process and system improvements. You would have worked with large ERP’s, have strong MS excel and BI reporting tools. Ideally you have worked in financial services, insurance or similar.
