Our client runs an operation where they offer clients a full service to take care of their styling, handling, and performance needs. They specialise in tyre, wheel alignment, and suspension work and, due to expansion, they are looking for 2 Tyre Technicians to join their friendly and successful team. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the tyre industry is a requirement to be considered for either of the roles.
The role
- Fitting of wheels and tyres (top brands)
- Wheel alignment
- Wheel balancing
- Guard rolling
- Analysing tyres
- Suspension work
- Driveline checks
- Axle work
- Remove and install bushes / ball joints / steering / arms
- Selling of products and services
- Training / guiding new, inexperienced technicians
- Put in all it takes to get the work done to the highest quality and standards
About you
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in tyre fitting and wheel alignment
- Strong communication skills
- Engaging personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self motivated and driven to succeed
- Positive and fun to contribute to the great work environment
- Team player
- Perform to the best ability - strong performer
- Available for Saturday work
- Valid NZ driver licence
