Sealegs International Ltd is the world’s leading manufacturer of amphibious boats. Sealegs craft are proudly designed and made in New Zealand, and exported around the globe.
Aftersales service and support is a critical part of ensuring a quality Sealegs ownership experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to lead our global service team, and take ownership of that servicing experience.
Your previous experience may be from the marine industry, but those with an automotive or mechanical background combined with extensive and capable hands-on boating experience would also be considered.
Other skills required include:
- Proven ability to recruit and lead teams and take ownership for a service delivery business unit
- Strong, proven mechanical and technical competency
- Excellent customer service skills
- Mature approach, sound judgment, discretion, and strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with effective organisational and administrative skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement systems and processes
- Strong PC literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel and ability to learn new software tools.

The role is New Zealand-based; however, it will require communication with our global service technicians and agents.
A flexible remuneration package would be available for the right candidate and will be discussed early in the application process.
