As the Trade Team Leader you will be supervising all team members to ensure that customer service standards are maintained and that daily tasks are completed such as merchandising, stock pricing and checking to ensure that the department is ready for trading during our opening hours. Mitre 10 Mega Warkworth prides themselves on delivering excellent customer service at all times.
As well as general supervision of team members you will also:
- Previous experience working in a trade environment with knowledge of timber products
- Previous experience supervising team members and strong leadership skills
- Have a passion for ensuring customers receive service excellence with previous experience working in a customer facing role.
- Enjoy and excel in encouraging continuous development within staff members through training and mentoring
- Have experience operating a forkhoist with preferably an f endorsed licence.
- Be available to work full time 5 days a week including one weekend day.
