• Co-ordinate with contractors and customers and be the first point of contact for them
• Generate reports on the current status of existing agreements
• Negotiate contract terms, conditions and pricing and follow up to ensure execution according to the negotiated terms
• Create standardized language for new contracts
• Analyze and report on specific risks associated with contracts
• Determine stock levels and order stock from suppliers
• Maintain service standards at all the areas under your management
• Maintain records of stock levels of cleaning products and cleaning equipment
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations at all times
• Determine recruitment needs, discuss with management and schedule/plan interviews for recruitment at your area
• Maintain discipline and strict professionalism with staff and take disciplinary action such as suspend or fire if required
• Organise, plan and arrange staff training and train new staff in your area
• Prepare roster, pay roll and bank transfer or check payments
• Prepare PAYE and deal with the accountant
• Determine budgeting requirements and review for management 
• Allocate tasks to the staff and monitor their performance on a weekly basis
• Assess the requirements of stationary from staff and ensure appropriate stock at all times
• Assist and liaise with employer on any marketing strategies
• Communicate effectively with all staff and customers
