The role

The primary responsibilities of the Account Manager is to lead delivery of services, ensure Key Performance indicators are met and opportunities to add both value and efficiencies are identified and implemented for TPS Clients.

You will lead an experienced team of Customer Service Managers, Team Leaders and Cleaners ensuring smooth service is delivered and expectations of Client and TPS is exceeded.  Identifying high achievers within your direct reports, you will help support their potential and as a result, support the growth within your Client portfolio.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be accountable and have the ability to, make strategic decisions with support provided by the Managing Director.  A typical day would include overseeing operations, offering support and direction where required, problem solving, handling budgets and meeting existing or new clients.

To be successful in your application, you will have;

  • Experience in managing individuals and teams
  • A high level and business analytical skills
  • Experience in managing and measuring quality outcomes by working to specified requirements
  • Immediate to advanced level of Microsoft
