We are seeking to appoint experienced Spare Parts Interpreters for our latest addition to our NZ operation. Opening soon in Hamilton, this is a fantastic and rare opportunity to make your mark in building new business relationships and developing your skills as the pioneer Multispares team in the Waikato region.

The Role
As an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter, you understand the importance of delivering great service and quality parts on time, every time.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the key responsibility of this role will include:
- Managing customer inquiries by responding efficiently to counter, phone and internet inquiries
- Preparation of quotes, purchase orders and timely completion of other related documentation
- Assisting other team members in the day to day transactions.
- Assisting in delivery and maintenance of the warehouse as required.
The Candidate
As our Spare Parts Interpreter, your established strong product knowledge and background in the automotive or commercial vehicle parts sales will be highly regarded. Ideally we are looking for collaborative team players who thrive on technical problem solving, can think on their feet, have good communication skills and can provide excellent customer service.
In addition, an ideal candidate must have / be:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Spare Parts sales, preferably Truck and Trailer Parts
- Good organizational skills and effective time management
- Strong administrative skills and intermediate IT skills
- A Positive attitude and be highly flexible and adaptable
- Pro-active, Self-motivated and able to function well under pressure
