Secure Parking is seeking to recruit reliable and enthusiastic Customer Service/Ticketing Officer's to work across the Auckland area.
As a Traffic Monitoring Services Enforcement Officer, you will be primarily responsible for providing outstanding customer service, whilst also patrolling car parks to ensure car park time limits are complied with by all of our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing the highest level of proactive customer service.
- Patrolling various car parks and ensuring compliance with restricted parking time frames.
- Representing the company to customers in a professional & courteous manner
To be successful in your application you will have:
- A safe driving record.
- A full & current (NZ) unrestricted driver's license.
- A proven history of outstanding customer service.
- The ability to undertake the physical requirements of the role & travel to various car parks across the CBD/Metro.
- A "can do" professional attitude.
- Experience as a car park attendant or enforcement officer (Desirable).
