We are looking to appoint a Wellington Regional Manager who will help drive key business initiatives. This position reports to the Christchurch based General Manager.
To be successful in this role you will typically come from a strong management background and be well versed in client management.
Key accountabilities of the position include -
- Staff leadership and Branch management
- Account management
- Liaison with clients regarding project scoping and proposals
- Sales management in-conjunction with the Branch BDM
- Contract overview of major projects
- Operational reporting and metrics
- Management of key suppliers.
Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience -
- Management experience / skills and strong growth focus
- Proven skills in managing operational staff, project tendering documentation/response and service/project delivery
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in financial management, from forecasts to budgets and performance analysis is preferred
- Sales and Business development focus
