The Role
We are looking for a new member to join our growing team. Reporting to the Crane Service Manager, you will be responsible for all things parts & administration related in the crane department. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work as part of a team in a great company with significant growth aspirations.
This is an opportunity for a confident person to bring their experience to the table and support the CSM in the crane parts & administration function.
To be considered for this position you will have proven experience in a spare parts, automotive or machinery background. You will demonstrate proficiency in spare parts interpretation & administration functions across the board and have the ability to build and manage relationships both internally and externally.
This role would cover the hours of 10.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities in the role will cover:
- Interpreting parts requirements from both customers and technicians
- Processing parts orders through to receipt and delivery
- Provide administration support in all areas of the crane department
- Liaise with customers and suppliers
- Maintaining crane documentation
- Processing invoices
To be successful in the role you will need:
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- A systematic and highly organised approach
- Adaptability to varying demands of the job
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft products and other related methods of producing reports and presentations, search engine analysis

TRT are leading manufacturers of Heavy Transport Trailers, Mobile Cranes and Specialised Equipment with offices in Australia and New Zealand. A privately-owned business, TRT offers fully integrated engineering design, manufacturing and fabrication along with parts distribution and mechanical/crane service.
