Funciones
1. Be responsible of all our existing English and Spanish speaking customers from a commercial point of view 2. Welcome new customers that have sign ups in our website by calling and explaining them how we work 3. Find new opportunities from our existing customers 4. Close the upsell opportunities you find from our existing customers 5. Help our new customers to onboard, explain transfer process, paying process, etc. 6. Follow marketing campaigns with a big amount of calling 7. Approach customers leaving us to keep them on board and try to understand the reasons why they are leaving 8. Use our CRM system on a daily base. All information have to be in our system. 9. Establish and maintain positive customer relations via telephone by securing new sales, resolving customer issues, complaints or errors, and making operational or procedural recommendations to improve customer satisfaction 10. Understand customers needs and requirements 11. Other administration tasks
Requisitos
