Description For the further growth plan for our research center of excellence in Barcelona we are searching for a young talented professional who wants to join a fast, dynamic digital transition company within the executive search business. The candidate will conduct market research with the objectives of mapping the market, identifying potential candidates and involvement of exclusive executive search mandate. She/he will directly work with the Directors in Germany and will provide support to the entire team with the following responsibilities: * Support the development of a national or international search strategy and pre-select professional * Constantly in contact with a network of Executive candidates by phone and email * Plan interviews and prepares candidate dossiers * Identify target companies and individuals using various resources including in-house databases, associations, directories and Internet * Develop active & passive candidate pipelines for existing and future mandates * Active involvement in the search selection process * Learn more about the client and its relevant industry, competitors and its market position and be able to apply that knowledge to the search process * Maintain market information with web sites, trade journals and industry specific conferences for current and future searches * Provide a response to all open applications * Ad hoc project administration duties as and when required * Identify Business opportunities Profile Business Management/Economics degree plus first experience as Researcher or Assistant in an Executive Search/recruitment industry * Know how in the Healthcare, Financial Services industry or technology related industry would be ideal * Experience in a client serving environment would be a strong asset * Organised, structured and able to work under pressure * Entrepreneurial spirit with excellent communication and relationship skills * Excellent customer orientation * Result orientation and attention to detail * Team player with ability to think out of the box * High level of synthesis and ability to write in English * Fluent in German and English Job Offer Oportunidades de carrera y desarrollo profesional
