Funciones

Leading wholesale company is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the development and cultural change of the company. Description Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Business Development, the candidate will have the following responsibilities: * Implementing, ensuring and developing all continuous improvement activities with the objective to achieve progress in productivity and ensure the success. * Managing overall standards, describing methods and developing documentation in order to make knowledge available. * Deliver Lean training and coaching. * Leading Lean Six Sigma projects. * Conducting Business Process Reengineering. * Initiate cost / benefit calculation and evaluate projects with controlling. * Participating in the development and implementation of the road map (starting pilot projects, planning training programs, etc.) to ensure long term success plan. * Acting as a change agent and convincing by enthusiasm. * Being an interface for Best Practice Sharing. Profile * University Bachelor. * At least 4 years of experience in a Consultancy firm, being in charge of continuous improvement process. * Advanced level in project management and leading of project teams. * Mandatory Lean Six Sigma Belt certified and / or Lean Master certified. * Fluent level of English is a must. * Initiative skills: change ability, creativity, learning ability. * Result orientation, strategical thinking. * Communication ability, capacity for teamwork, coaching and mentoring, empathy.
