Funciones

Multinational company seeks English bilingual speakers, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Support Services or in a Business Support Function. * Customer Service Tasks * Provide support to the Coordinator of the New Proyect * Join meetings and calls to discuss the steps for the project implementation * Create procedures of the new processes to have them documented * Perform testing of the new system features and keep in touch with the project team * Provide support to the Accreditation and potential other Operations once the new features get implemented
