Funciones

The ideal candidate will be working in a premium service for reinsurance clients and covers the whole value chain of motor and property insurance, supporting target clients and prospects with know-how transfer and hands-on support on the spot Descripción de la oferta Provide portfolio and claims analyses to identify inadequate, alternative or additional UW rating criteria and/or validate the estimation of the existing ratings Implement and manage in full autonomy consulting projects both remotely and at clients´ offices Establish monitoring and reports of primary insurance KPIs and/or support the clients in implementing them Provide the technical expertise for supporting its clients in implementing demand monitoring and modelling Carryoutmarketandportfolioratinganalysesanddeveloppricingstrategiestogetherwith P&Cprimaryinsurancecompanies ParticipateinandundertakestatisticalanalysesandmodellingexercisesusingSAS Actively support in the acquisition of new projects and carry out pre-quotation audits for potential new quota share treaties, including due diligence activities Collaborate in and/or produce technical publications, including active involvement in events Perfil del candidato Degreeinstatistics,mathematicsorphysicswith aminimumof 5years'experiencein dataanalysesoflargedatabases aswell asprovenproficiencyindealingwithclientsontechnical/actuarialtopicsandprojects Solid international P&C actuarial background (especially with regard to primary insurance pricing) and robust knowledge of an actuarial retail pricing software (i.e. Earnix, Emblem) SkilledSASuser (Base,EnterpriseGuideand VisualAnalytics)with particularfocuson datamanagement,statisticalanalysisandmodelling Proficiency in VBA programming and knowledge of R, Python, SQL would be a significant plus as well as excellent knowledge of primary motor and property insurance and primary insurers' value chain Sound international consulting experience (> 10 years) as well as experience in dealing with Technical Price implementation and in property pricing would also be desirable Good problem-solving attitude and outstanding soft skills including an excellent ability to communicate results clearly to both technical and non-technical people. Very clear sense of responsibility in dealings with external and internal clients, coupled with a high degree of independence and operational readiness Willing to travel to LATAM Very good command of English and Spanish.
