Funciones

The Editor will join a team that promotes customer loyalty and success through content development and delivery. The Editor will correct the feature documentation, user guides, and premium content that accompanies ASG Technologies Cloud products to ensure perfect spelling and grammar. Will also work on effective scoping, quality testing, and delivery of writing projects, maintaining a customer focus, and broadening your own technical expertise. Descripción de la oferta * Ensure perfect English in our released documentation: Edit, review and standardize material created by other writers. * Produce and maintain high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience. * Analyze existing content, focusing on reuse and single sourcing opportunities. * Work with internal teams to obtain and in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements. * Keep up to date on product changes, customer use cases and support issues. * Promote continuous improvement on the documentation. Perfil del candidato Required Skills * Native English language, with excellent writing skills. * Excellent overall writing skills in a number of different styles/tones. * Impeccable spelling and grammar. * Proven working experience in content creation, curation and publishing. * Fluent Spanish. * Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text. * An understanding of formatting articles on the web. Desired Skills * Editorial experience. * Experience in team management. * Experience with Scrum. * Experience in producing multimedia content, e.g. video tutorials, etc. * Experience working with tools such as Confluence, Adobe FrameMaker or specially, MadCap Flare Software. * Familiarity with the software development process.
