• Business or Engineering/Technical background.
• Master´s Degree.
• Deep understanding of Accounting, Finance, Control, Treasury and HR business processes.
• Proven experience in similar roles supporting Administration, Finance, Control, Treasury and HR areas from IT in identifying functional requirements in order to drive performance improvement through technological and digital transformation projects.
• +8 years of experience. At least 5 in similar role in IT Departments or IT Consulting (Big4 or similar).

Funciones

• IE is hiring an IT Business Partner who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the strategic relationship between the IT department and the Accounting, Finance, Control, Treasury and HR departments. • Will be directly responsible for the delivery of technological solutions and digital transformation projects from IT for those areas. • Specific responsibilities include identification and writing of functional requirements, assistance in the assessment and selection of specific applications or services, business processes improvement initiatives, technical support and assistance in user acceptance testing and, in general, help to achieve a better use of technology within the aforementioned areas.
