SERVICE MANAGER
Kubpower, based in Gepps Cross, Naracoorte and Summertown, are dealers of some of the largest agricultural, turf, construction and power equipment brands in the world.

An opportunity exists for a SERVICE MANAGER at our Summertown branch.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Duties and delegation of day-to-day workshop jobs
* Warranty/claim submissions to be completed on all equipment serviced
* First point of call for workshop staff
* Check over workshop Repair Orders daily and Daily Time sheets to ensure all work is in-line with repair
* Oversee work completed in workshop, assisting workshop staff where necessary
* Booking of workshop and on-site servicing
* Fault diagnosis and trouble shooting of mechanical and electronic systems when required
* Ensuring compliance with OHS requirements
* Some weekend work
* Exceptional attention to detail and a willingness to learn
* Heavy focus on customer communications
* Computer work/reporting required
To be successful in this role the applicant must be a qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic with previous experience in a variety of agricultural, turf, construction & power equipment. A current SA drivers licence is required and a Forklift and MR licence would be looked upon favourably, however it is not essential.
You must have exceptional communication skills and be able to manage and apply your time with utmost efficiency.
As well as a Service manager we are looking for a "HANDS ON" Workshop Foreman/Leading Hand to join our team, at our Gepps Cross branch - Similar duties to above in assisting the Gepps Cross Service Manager with his over all duties.
