CAPS Australia has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer focused and highly motivated Satellite Branch Technician (Service & Sales) to join our Regional Mid Western NSW Team.
The role:
Take advantage of this opportunity and be a part of our team performing repairs, scheduled/preventative service and maintenance on Air compressors and Power Generators. We are looking for someone who has an interest in learning about Air Compressors. You will have the opportunity to perform repairs and scheduled services for our customers.
You will assume the Territory account manager role and ensure sales support and business development for the designated area is second to none. You will be developing service work for our team of Service Technicians. You drive Service Contracts that will secure routine service work for the department.
The role is based in the Mid West NSW region.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Troubleshooting and fault finding
- Routine servicing of systems
- General maintenance and servicing of compressed air systems
- Working in a Field Service environment
- Able to manage stock
- Offering a service solution and developing a business partnership
- Customer service
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Result Driven
- Previous experience in sales and service is desirable
- The ability to work autonomously in the field is essential.
- Trade background, Tertiary qualifications or a high mechanical aptitude is desirable.
- A commitment to workplace safety
- Strong communication and time management
- Current Driver's license
- Excellent customer service
- Good computer literacy and administration skills
- A Restricted Electrical Licence is desirable, however not essential
