We Connect You provides all the technical and professional services required to support these businesses both internally and to their customers including phone system installs including NEC/LG & PABX, cabling & maintenance.

What you should know:

• We have sites from Brisbane East upto the Fraser Coast: the successful candidate will be required to work at across office sites as well as travel to customer locations.

The must haves (be sure to address this in your application!):

• Telecommunications experience is essential
• Supervisory or Senior experience would be highly favourable
• ACMA Open Cablers Registration with endorsements
• IT and network configuration skills & experience
• Network troubleshooting: to include management of routers, DNS, SMTP
• Broad exposure to a wide range of business IT configurations
• Current driver's license 
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Own Tools

The Job:

• PABX installations including service and maintenance of:  NEC, LG iPECS, Panasonic telephone systems
• Structured cabling installations
• IT and network/router configuration
• MDF jumpering
• PBX troubleshooting and fault finding
