We at Essential Beauty Chadstone strive to give our best 100% of the time. We go above and beyond to meet clients' expectations and most importantly- have fun!
Our salon is located in the most sought after locations- Chadstone The Fashion Capital. Now that Chadstone has expanded, so has our need for another awesome Beauty Therapist to come and join our team! We We currently have a team of 8, but 8 of us just ain't enough... We need a lucky no. 9 to help treat our rapidly growing clientele.
Who are we?
We are looking for PASSIONATE and ENTHUSIASTIC Beauty Therapists that are Waxing Specialists! IPL and Laser knowledge is also a bonus, however not a requirement. There are no boring facials or messy body treatments. We are simply hair removal specialists (waxing and IPL), spray tanning junkies and tinting tycoons! We base ourselves highly on customer service and service brilliance. Experience in body piercing will also earn yourself extra brownie points!
Yes we are open 7 days a week, and do have late night trade Thursday and Friday.
Who are you?
You've completed either a Certificate IV or a Diploma in Beauty Therapy, and you've collected some solid years under your belt. You live and breathe beauty. You are able to work in a FAST PACED environment, while able to achieve personal and team targets. You're not afraid to sell to your clients, knowingly, you're simply helping them, giving them your expert advice and opinion. You have the hallmarks of a legendary Beauty Therapist. Is this YOU?
You should possess most of the following qualities:
Be will and able to work in face paced conditions. And perform waxing as majority of the service undertaken daily.
Passionate about service care and customer care.
Professional working ethics.
Not afraid to sell to your clients, as you're simply helping them.
Team player.
Excellent communication skills.
Be a problem owner, not a problem passer.
