In this position you will learn all aspects of the funeral industry, including arranging funerals with families, conducting and attending services. The position is also physically demanding and requires heavy lifting.
The successful applicant will have an excellent phone manner, be enthusiastic and reliable, have a proven track record in customer service and possess a caring nature with a professional level of presentation.
A current driver's licence is essential, as is an intermediate level of competency within the Microsoft Office Suite and Windows environment. Extensive experience with general administration duties is also essential.
