Ryde Automotive Group at West Ryde are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Parts Department.
To be considered for this exceptional role, you will be a self-starter able to deliver excellent customer service and sales support.
Key Duties
- To handle all incoming enquiry from Customer Care Centre, Internet and telephone.
- Sales of Parts and Accessories over the counter and by telephone, to both internal and external clients, at retail and wholesale level.
- Know the sales features, part numbers and range of models for all fast moving parts and accessories, and keep up to date with newly added products to the range.
Qualifications/Experience
- Sound Product Knowledge
- Previous experience in retail/ customer service essential
- Proven experience in Sales an advantage
- High standard of presentation
- Customer Relation skills
