Handyman – Maintenance

Programmed Industrial Maintenance is a specialist provider of maintenance and project services with more than 1,200 employees and 15 years' experience. We provide maintenance solutions to the resources, energy, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors across Australia.
Due to continued growth and success we have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Handyman to join our team.
This permanent role will see you deliver quality handyman & testing and tagging services at our client’s site located in the North West Suburbs.
Key deliverables of the role include:
- Ensuring all handyman services are delivered in a safe manner, and proactively participating in OHS Activities to ensure Programmed’s excellent safety record is maintained
- Providing outstanding customer service
- The ability to provide a variety of handyman duties which include, but are not limited to, testing & tagging of electrical items, patching & painting, installation of shelves & whiteboards, minor carpentry duties etc
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- A positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- A proven history of handyman work
- Electrical Test & Tag Qualifications
- The proven ability to doing the job safely
