Our client is a busy, specialist European brands aftermarket service and repair operation located in the Eastern Suburbs. They are seeking a hands-on Workshop Manager to take control of daily operations. The business has an excellent reputation in the area for honesty and integrity and as a result is busy and profitable. Trading is Monday to Friday, so weekend work is not required. You will be supported by competent productive and office staff.

Applicants for this position must be qualified technicians and must satisfy the following requirements:
*Strong diagnostic skills
*Strong people skills and ability to deal with clients face to face and by telephone.
*Ability to quote on jobs and order parts as needed.
*You must have European brands experience
*You must be willing to pick up the tools when required and be a hands-on Manager
*A willingness to cost jobs fairly

Salary for the role will initially be $100k + super. After you have proven your ability in the job, you may have a salary review, and for the absolute right applicant, a future profit sharing deal may be offered. This is a fantastic opportunity for career advancement and a great future.
