About the Company

Our client is a growing automotive group with 9 dealerships across Australia. Offering a vast range of vehicles and exceptional customer service, this well-established organisation has new vacancy for an experienced Service Advisor to join the South Gippsland team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely advice, and excellent after sales customer service to customers when their vehicles require servicing or repair. This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in South Gippsland.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Advising and assisting customers with car concern queries
• Booking vehicles in for maintenance and repair work
• Preparing relevant documentation and liaising with the workshop
• Managing loan cars
• Establishing, building and maintaining working relationships with stakeholders and external customers
• Ensuring the resolution of customer complaints
• Seeking feed back from customers
• Other duties as required

Skills and Experience

• Qualified Automotive Technician or previous automotive service advisory experience is desired
• Sales and negotiation skills will be beneficial
• Exceptional communication skills are essential
• High attention to details is necessary
• Good problem-solving skills will be advantageous
• A passion for customer service is vital
• Sound computer skills and experience using CRM systems
