About the business

ACM is looking for experienced commercial cleaners.

We are seeking only the best strata building cleaners and currently offering 20 hours per week to the right candidate. 

We are a small company that has been in the industry for 14 years providing premier cleaning services to our long term clients. 

 We are committed to our clients needs and provide a professional honest and reliable service every time and are looking for an experienced cleaner with a great work ethic and attitude that can meet deadlines. 

About the role

The role suits motivated energetic individuals who take pride in their work and are interested in becoming part of the exclusive ACM team. 

As an independent contractor, you'll be required to have your own ABN and be FULLY INSURED, have your own reliable Transport and Equipment. 

You'll need to be available for 4 hours a day Monday to Friday, 2 hours at 1 complex and 2 hours at another complex. (apartments are a 10 min drive from each other) 

No high rise windows just common areas.

Skills and experience

1. Must be an Australian Citizen.
2. Must have drivers Licence and a Reliable car.
3. Must have ABN and be Fully Insured.
4. Must have a Police Clearance. 
5. Cleaning experience preferred with an Eye for detail. 
6. Ability to work independently/unsupervised.
7. Reliable and trustworthy.
8. Friendly and can communicate well.
9. High Presentation.
10. Hard working, organised and can meet deadlines. 
11. Medically fit.
