Industry leader with Penrith workshop is looking for a mechanic for varied role – knuckle boom and truck mounted EWP cranes - 75% field service/25% workshop $34-38phr + OT
 
The Person:

• Trade qualified plant (or light vehicle) mechanic
• Experience with service and repairs to a range of equipment, (willing to learn standard hard wired cranes)
• Knowledge of electricals and hydraulics an advantage
• Reliable steady worker able to work unsupervised and prioritise workload
• Prepared to do workshop servicing and repairs when no field work available.
• Good written and verbal communication

The Job:

• Mix of service and inspection work
• Breakdowns
• Primarily cranes
• Training will be provided
• Sydney metro role, occasional travel to customers based in Wollongong or Newcastle may be required
• Field service – may start either from home or Penrith workshop.
• Dual cab ute/fitted out supplied
• Hours Mon-Fri – some Saturday may be available. Flexible start times
